This is how I handle the personal data you share on this site and while we work together. Last updated 17 October 2026.
PTX.training is my coaching practice. I'm Xander Wegscheider, based in Amsterdam, and I'm responsible for your data. You can reach me at hello@ptx.training.
I use your contact and intake details because you asked me to get in touch. I use your coaching data to deliver the coaching we agreed on. I use your health information because you gave explicit consent, and you can take that back at any time.
I don't sell your data or share it for marketing. A few services store or send it for me: Supabase (the database), Vercel (hosting this site), Resend (sending emails) and Google (my email and booking the call). They only process it on my behalf.
The database runs on Supabase servers in London, and the EU recognises the UK as protecting your data to the same standard. Vercel, Resend and Google are US companies, so some of your data, such as emails and technical logs, can be handled in the US. They cover that with the EU's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
This site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics. The hosting keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
If we don't start working together, I delete your enquiry after 12 months. Client data is kept while we work together and for 12 months after. You can ask me to delete it sooner.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also ask me to limit how I use it, object to it, or get a copy to take somewhere else. Email hello@ptx.training and I'll reply within a month.
If you're not happy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
